Free Download Dolphin 3.0 - After a year with more than 2500 commits Dolphin are finally releasing Dolphin 3.0 which comes with many changes. Improvements to the user interface, Wiimote speaker support and translation support are just some new features. The plugin interface has been removed and performance optimizations have been made.
